We drive involvement in the local community at all levels, with a particular focus on promoting local employment and skills, education engagement and family events.
Phase 2 will deliver a further 349 new homes (160 apartments for private sale, 55 affordable apartments, 134 private rented sector homes) comprising a mix of one, two and three-bed homes. 118 secure residential car parking spaces will be provided at basement level.
At the heart of the residential scheme for Phases 1 and 2 is the courtyard garden of 5,700 sq m with secure bicycle parking provision.
Linkcity is in the process of developing Hallsville Quarter – a significant regeneration of Canning Town centre.
Phase 1 consists of a 7,600 m2 supermarket with direct covered access to the car park for shoppers. Additional retail units are double height and front the Town Square thereby creating active frontages to enhance shopper experience within the public realm area.
