Bouygues Development, specialists in mixed use developments, regeneration projects, the private rented sector and student accommodation, has launched a new interactive website for its Hallsville Quarter scheme, a new £600 million regeneration project that is set to transform the centre of Canning Town.
Working in conjunction with the London Borough of Newham, Bouygues Development is bringing around 1,100 new homes, over 30,000 sq m of leisure and retail space, along with community facilities to the area. New pedestrian links, cyclist provision and parking will also be included. The scheme is being undertaken in multiple phases, with the first phase completing in spring 2015 and the whole development scheduled for completion in 2024.
The new website provides an interactive map of the Hallsville Quarter masterplan, a fly-through, time-lapse photography and computer-generated imagery, as well as detailed information on the residential, retail and leisure elements of the project and a downloadable brochure.
